Campaign to restore the ACT's ability to determine its own laws regarding voluntary assisted dying

We the undersigned call on the Federal Parliament to restore the ACT's ability to determine its own laws regarding voluntary assisted dying.

The 'Andrews legislation' restricts the Australian Capital Territory from debating voluntary assisted dying in its own parliament. This is an outdated law made by federal politicians who do not represent the Territory. The ACT Legislative Assembly should have the same right to legislate on such matters as the state parliaments.
